We specialise in providing comprehensive railway engineering management services across the UK. Our team of experienced professionals are dedicated to ensuring the safety, efficiency and reliability of railway infrastructure. We work closely with all railway asset owners and interface seamlessly with Principal Contractors, Network Rail’s Works Delivery, Network Rail’s Asset Protection (ASPRO) department to deliver the highest quality services. Having a single point of contact that can take care of all requirements, removes a headache from our clients.

Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) Services

Our team specialises in track, civil engineering and temporary works, adhering to the NR/L2/RSE/02009 standard. We also offer comprehensive Track Monitoring Plans (TMP) to ensure the highest levels of safety and compliance.

Track Handback Engineer Services

Ensuring safe and compliant handback of track and infrastructure upon completion of maintenance or construction activities. Our handback engineers always undertake thorough inspections and compliance checks, in accordance with NR/L2/TRK/001 standard.

Track Rectification On-Call Teams

Track rectification teams are on call to address any track defects or issues, ensuring minimal disruption to railway services and maintaining the highest levels of safety. We are able to provide teams based on site or an on-call basis, with all required tools and equipment.

Critical Rail Temperature (CRT) Management Services

We provide expert CRT management services to monitor and control rail temperatures, mitigating the risks of rail buckling and ensuring safe operations during extreme weather conditions or when any works are undertaken within the track support zone (TSZ), in accordance with NR/L2/TRK/001/mod14, NR/L3/TRK/3011, NR/L3/TRK/3012, NR/L3/TRK/3013 and NR/L3/TRK/7012 standards.

Providing national coverage allows us to deploy a watchperson to any project across the country should any CRT(W) values be breached.

Track Monitoring Services

We ensure the highest standards of railway safety and performance by precisely measuring critical parameters such as alignment, gauge, cant, twist and voiding. Any deviations from acceptable standards are instantly flagged, allowing for prompt corrective actions.

We can also offer Instrumentation & Monitoring (I&M), better known as automated monitoring using total stations. This system provides continuous, precise measurements and includes email and text alerts if any intervention levels are reached. Automated monitoring ensures real-time data collection and immediate notification of any critical changes, enhancing the overall safety and reliability of the railway infrastructure.

All our work is fully compliant with NR/L2/CIV/177 regulations and results are delivered in a clear, easy-to-read Excel spreadsheet, accompanied by an email summary detailing the maximum movement.
